This uses the government regulated charging times as follows:-
P1:- The peak period from 10am to 2pm and from 6pm to 10pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
P2:- The flat period from 8am to 10am, from 2pm to 6pm and from 10pm to 12am.
P3:- The off-peak period: includes the night hours (from midnight to 8 a.m
